Geocoder

This module allows you to enter an address, a number of output addresses and a proximity. With that he will output a csv with random addresses around the starting address.

1- Fill the CSV Tools\Geocoder\GeocoderAddress.csv

2 - Start the module : Tools (5) then Geocoder (1) 3 - Wait the api, and get the result in Tools\Geocoder\OutputGeocoder.csv
